Wells is a charming little town that lies in the foothills of the Cariboo Mountains, near the end of Highway 26. This little community is known for its history, artistic scene and exciting outdoor adventures. Originally being a mining town, but nowadays a vibrant art destination. Some of the things to do in Wells are hosted by Island Mountain Arts. The organization runs a Gallery, School of the Arts, year-round residencies and the ArtsWells Festival on the August Long Weekend.
